He has been associated with Pandit Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Studies in Rural Development (PISRD) as an Assistant Director for 5 years. He along with his colleagues founded USB under the umbrella of PISRD to focus on specific intervention strategies for children and adults suffering from various neurological diseases. He is a Biotechnology graduate from VIT University, Vellore, and worked at Wipro Technologies before stepping in into social development sector. He has a wide experience of implementing public health projects at the grassroot level with special focus on advocacy, research and capacity building.

She is a Gold Medalist in Master of Health Administration from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She comes with an experience of three years in the health care sector including a short stint at the National Health Mission, Tamil Nadu. She has extensively worked and undertaken research on various public health issues in multiple Indian states.

She is a Bioinformatics graduate from VIT University, Vellore and completed Masters of Design from Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur. Dr. Anuranjan Vishwakarma
Psychiatrist - Mental Health
His regular inputs regarding mental health has helped us in devising strategies for our intervention. His constant advises and support has been beneficial for the organisation. He has completed his MD in Psychiatry from All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and MBBS degree from King George Medical College, Lucknow. He has been granted awards and recognition from Indian Council of Medical Research for his work in the field of Mental Health. We wish for his continued support to our organisation.
Dr. Neelam Mishra
Physiotherapist - Physical Treatment
Her work in the field of Cerebral Palsy (CP) has motivated USB to empower CP patients. She has done Masters in Physiotherapy (specialization in Neuro) and is currently practicing Physiotherapy in Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS). Her constant technical support and assistance has guided us in drafting strategies and interventions for empowerment of CP affected patients.
Dr. Shipra Jha

She has pursued her Bachelors in Physiotherapy from Delhi University and Masters from Chaudhary Charan Singh University (formerly Meerut University). She worked as physiotherapist at Sant Parmanand Hospital, New Delhi. Currently she is providing technical support to USB and thereby adding to the growth curve of the organisation.
