Mariyam is a 2 year 6 months old child suffering from Right Hemiparesis under Cerebral Palsy along with seizure disorder. She is under treatment at King George Medical College, Lucknow, and has been suggested to undergo Physiotherapy. Due to the high treatment cost, her parents were not able to provide her continuous treatment which is highly recommended in such cases. We as an organization have been trying to support her treatment in different ways, but its still long way to go. We wish for her better future.

  • Harsh

    1 year 6 months old

Harsh is 1 year 6 months old child suffering from a rare case of Cerebral Palsy. He was not able to sit even after turning one and was later diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. We were then contacted by his physiotherapist to extend our support in his treatment as his parents were unable to bear the treatment cost. As part of our initiatives, we donated Ankle-Foot-Orthosis (AFO) as recommended by his physiotherapist. Now with the help of AFO and treatment by his physiotherapists, Harsh can sit and stand with support. His condition is gradually improving, and we will be there always for any support and wish for his better future.

  • Atharv

    10-month-old child

Atharv is a 10-month-old child and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at the time of birth. He cannot sit properly, and neck holding is poor and currently he is undergoing physical treatment. In his case, early diagnosis has helped in timely initiation of treatment. We were contacted by his physiotherapist and we have extended our support by providing him with a gym ball. We are continually reviewing his condition and will be extending our support in the ways possible. We wish for his better future.

    Of Our
    Story!

There are a lot of other children and adults suffering from cerebral palsy who are not able to get proper treatment or continue their treatment due to one or another reason.
We believe, as a society, it is our responsibility to help such families by supporting the treatment of their children in the best ways possible. We would like to appeal to everyone to join hands in helping such children and their families and to EMPOWER these children to make themselves independent, to at least perform their daily activities.
